Vivek Gambhir is Managing Director, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

Vivek joined Godrej Industries in 2009 as Chief Strategy Officer and was responsible for enhancing the strategic capabilities within the Group companies, guiding overall Group strategy, conducting portfolio analysis, leading mergers and acquisitions and driving special projects.

Under Vivek's leadership, the Group's planning processes became more robust. He helped define the CREATE portfolio strategy and the 10X10 objective for the Group. Vivek led the Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and IT functions for Godrej Industries.

He was also the Secretary to the Godrej Family Business Board.

In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Vivek was very closely involved with GCPL. He was the key architect of GCPL's 3 by 3 strategy, led mergers and acquisitions and was instrumental in driving the company's international expansion efforts. He co-led Project Neo that developed the blueprint for integrating the erstwhile Godrej Sara Lee business with GCPL. He also led the process for a private equity investment in the company.

Prior to joining the Godrej Group, Vivek was a partner at Bain & Company, one of the world's leading business consulting firms. He worked with Bain in Boston, Singapore and New Delhi.

He was a founding member of Bain's consulting operations in India and led the firm's FMCG practice in India.

Vivek is the President of the Home Insect Control Association, an Executive Committee member of the Indian Beauty and Hygiene Association and serves as a Director on the Board of Philips India Limited.

Vivek has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS (Computer Science) and BA (Economics) from Lafayette College.

He is married to Roopika, who is a photographer and they have three children. Together, they enjoy traveling to off beat locations.

Vivek has written numerous columns for leading business publications on a variety of issues such as organisational transformation, innovation, brand profitability and sales force effectiveness.

Nisa is Executive Director, Godrej Consumer Products and leads the innovation strategy for the company. Nisa also oversees the corporate strategy and human capital functions for Godrej Industries and Associate Companies (GILAC). She is responsible for driving the Group's transformation efforts, including efforts to attract and develop outstanding talent and make the culture more agile and innovative.

Nisa's previous assignments within the Godrej Group have included the successful turnaround of Godrej Agrovet. She has also led the creation of a strategy cell for the Group and the development of the FMCG strategy for the Group.

This has included creating a five year roadmap for Godrej Consumer Products, outlining category choices and instituting an M&A cell with a focused playbook that led to eight acquisitions between 2009 and 2011.

Nisa drives the Group's 'Good and Green' (CSR) initiatives and is the point person for the operations of the Godrej Family Council. She is on the Board of Directors of Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Agrovet and Teach For India.

Nisa has a BSc degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is passionate about girls' education, the human mind, design, trekking and equestrian sports. She lives in Mumbai with her husband Kalpesh Mehta and son Zoran.

Dr. Rakesh Sinha is Head - Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Information Technology, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

Rakesh has headed several functions in Godrej Soaps including Strategic Planning, Information Systems and Marketing.

He has also served on the Board of Governors of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) and is actively involved in several key initiatives within the company like E-Commerce and Efficient Consumer Response (ECR).

He is also a member of the Academic Council of National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai and the Academic Board of the Welingkar Institute, Mumbai.

Rakesh completed his B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from I.T., BHU and post graduation in Industrial Management from NITIE.

He has been a gold medallist throughout his academic career. Rakesh joined Godrej Soaps as a Management Trainee in 1980. While working with Godrej Soaps, he continued his academic pursuit and completed his ICWA, CFA and Ph.D. from I.I.T., Bombay.

Rakesh holds the distinction of being the first doctorate in Supply Chain Management in India and serves as guest faculty at several leading Management Institutes in India.

Rakesh enjoys trekking and music. He lives in Mumbai with his wife and daughter.

Dr. Sunder Mahadevan is Head, Research & Development, Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL). He has varied experience of working across leading FMCG companies like Dabur, Emami and Colgate Palmolive.

Previously employed at the Dabur Research Foundation, Sunder has successfully handled a number of FMCG categories from soaps, shampoos and hair care to oral care. He has also successfully set up sensory panels, Technical Consumer Research and Development (TCRD) and is also trained in flavour development.

He holds a doctorate in Chemistry and has been leading the GCPL Research & Development Cell for 3 years now. This includes the product and packaging development wing.

Sunder lives in Mumbai with his wife Suchitra and two sons Vighnesh and Varun.

P. Ganesh is Executive Vice President - Finance & Commercial and Company Secretary, Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL). With over 15 years of experience in the domain of finance, his responsibilities include finance functions like accounts, MIS, funds management and taxation besides being the Company Secretary for GCPL.

Having started his career as a Management Trainee at Godrej, Ganesh has been instrumental in the implementation of the EVA framework in the Godrej Group. He has also closely been associated with the first acquisition made by GCPL namely Keyline Brands Ltd. where he had a two year stint (2006 - 08) as the CFO.

A Chartered Accountant and also having completed CS and ICWA, Ganesh enjoys playing with his kids during his free time. He loves listening to music and watching cricket and tennis. Ganesh resides in Mumbai with his parents, wife Anuradha and two children - Abhiram and Ashwathy.

Sunil Kataria is Business Head - India and SAARC, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

A graduate in Economics from Delhi University, Sunil is also an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad.

Sunil joined GCPL in 2011 to oversee the sales and marketing organisation for the India and SAARC businesses. He has successfully led the merger of the sales and marketing organisations of GCPL and the erstwhile Godrej Sara Lee, combining the best of both companies and leveraging their complementary strengths to create a future ready platform to accelerate GCPL's growth and profit trajectory. Under his leadership, the GCPL sales and marketing organisation has

become more world class with sharpened and enhanced capabilities.

Sunil has diverse work experience across the FMCG and Consumer services sectors in Sales, Marketing and business roles. He had a long and highly successful stint of 12 years at Marico Industries. Post this, Sunil has also served as business head in two challenging service sectors: retail and telecom, leading large and complex business operations. Prior to joining the Godrej Group, Sunil was Chief Operating Officer at Idea Rajasthan Circle, where he headed business operations and was responsible for the P&L of the Rajasthan Circle. He also led a major turnaround of the Idea Rajasthan business, overcoming serious business constraints and a challenging period of price wars in the telecom industry to emerge as the largest gainer in revenue

as well as subscriber shares.

Sunil is currently serving as the chairman of the Indian Society of Advertisers (ISA). He has built very strong relationships and equity with marketing bodies such as the CMO forum, FICCI FMCG committee and ASCI. He has also been recognised at a national level by being nominated for the "Marketer of the Year" 2014 award by the International Advertising Association (IAA) of India. Sunil has also been shortlisted as one of the "Top 10 influential CMOs of India - 2015" at the Indian Marketing Awards anchored by the exchange4media group.

Sunil is a staunch believer and practitioner of the spirit of 'Possibility Thinking' and feels that this, coupled with a passion for flawless execution, is the biggest competitive advantage in today's world. An avid reader of books across genres, he also writes Hindi poetry in his spare time. He is a movie buff, who loves watching Hindi movies and Hollywood science fiction.

Omar Momin is Head - Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

Omar joined the Chemicals business of Godrej Industries Limited in 2001 after graduating in Chemical Engineering from the Mumbai University Institute of Chemical Technology. He was inducted to and worked across different functions of the business, including Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain Management.

Post this, Omar went on to complete his Masters in Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad in 2004. He rejoined the Godrej Group after his stint at ISB and worked as Executive Assistant to the Chairman, Adi Godrej, for two years.

Today, Omar is responsible for GCPL's interests in its joint venture with the Darling Group in Africa and facilitates Mergers & Acquisitions for the Group. This includes businesses in consumer products, real estate development, chemicals and agricultural products.

Omar is married to Mahnaz and they have a son, Sinaan. He enjoys travelling and music.

Anand Rangaswamy is the Head of the Latin American and UK businesses of Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

Anand joined the GCPL India business in 2002, where he was responsible for managing Sales in the south of the country. In 2006, he moved to London to work with GCPL's first international acquisition, Keyline Brands Limited (now Godrej UK), where he first handled Sales and Marketing and then went on to become Managing Director.

Under his leadership, the UK business doubled in turnover in three years. In 2014, he took on the additional responsibility of leading GCPL's Latin American businesses.

An MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Anand worked at Wipro Consumer Products and also had a couple of stints in other industries like oil and recruitment consultancy, before deciding on FMCG as his industry of choice.

Anand has a very long bucket list. He climbed to the summit of Kilimanjaro in 2013 and is now training for his next mountain, as part of a larger plan to climb the seven summits of the world.

He is also very passionate about leadership development and introduced the concept of 'leadership walks' with his team in the UK.

Anand is married to Anu and they have two children, Adithya and Shreya.

Rahul Gama is Head - Human Resources (HR), Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL). In his current role, Rahul is responsible for driving the Human Resource strategy at the company.

Rahul is a generalist in the HR function and holds a postgraduate degree from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He has worked across a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Consulting, FMCG, Services and Retail and built expertise across verticals.

From handling industrial relations issues and dealing with compensation planning, to creating a talent strategy, he has varied experience in HR. Rahul has also been instrumental in shaping the HR function for a service business, Kaya Skin Care Limited during his stint with Marico.

Rahul lives in Mumbai with his wife and is passionate about conservation and wildlife.

V. Srinivasan is Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL).

Srini started his career as an Executive Trainee at Godrej. In his over 25 years with the Group, he has held key positions across different companies, including Godrej Agrovet, Godrej Industries and Godrej Properties. He has been closely involved with strategic projects, like the Godrej Soaps IPO, the Transelektra acquisition and the reverse merger of Gujarat Godrej Innovative Chemicals into Godrej Soaps.

Srini's first senior leadership role was as Head of Finance and IT for Godrej Agrovet. He played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Goldmohur Feeds, the animal feeds business of Hindustan Unilever, which

made Godrej Agrovet the undisputed leader in Animal Feeds in the industry. He was instrumental in rolling out the company's ERP in a cost-effective manner and ensuring a robust budgeting and MIS reporting process. He also led the implementation of Economic Value Added (EVA) at Godrej Agrovet, when the Group adopted EVA as its single most important performance management and evaluation metric.

Post this, he moved to Godrej Industries as its Chief Financial Officer. During this period, Srini worked on a number of strategic cost saving and profit improvement projects for the oleochemicals business, apart from managing the Treasury and Forex. He was responsible for Investor Relations and various capital raising plans, including the first Qualified Institutional

Placement (QIP) in the Group.

He is a key member of the Group EVA committee, which oversees the implementation of the EVA system across different companies.

Most recently, as Executive Director at Godrej Properties, Srini successfully supervised the Finance, Capital Strategy, IT and Legal functions. He played a critical leadership role and was a key part of the company's growth and success.

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Srini has completed middle and senior management courses at IIM Ahmedabad and the University of Michigan, respectively. He enjoys listening to classical music, playing the violin, gardening and experimenting with computers and other gadgets.

Srini lives in Mumbai with his wife, Sudha and two sons, Abhishek and Kailash.
