Godrej Professional Empowers Indian Salon Industry with Skill Building Education

With a strong commitment towards the overall development of the Indian salon industry, Godrej Professional, the first Professional Hair Colour & Hair Care brand specially formulated for Indian Hair, hosted the first ever hands-on, skill building Masterclass at Goa for 100 Indian stylists. The Masterclass witnessed participation of stylists from different parts of India like Delhi, Mumbai, Punjab, Gujarat, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

The Masterclass were conducted by the education and technical ambassadors of Godrej Professional - Asha Hariharan, Ryan D'Rozario and Sylvia Chen. Over the 2 days, participants spent a day with each of the 3 ambassadors who demonstrated 2 trending haircuts. The brand provided mannequins for each participant to practice the cut as the ambassadors demonstrated them live on the stage. At the end of the 3 days of the destination Masterclass, the participants took with them the knowledge as well as hands-on practice of 6 latest hair cuts of 2019 and a host of tips and tricks that the ambassador shared over the 3 days.

The participating stylists also had the chance to interact with the entire Godrej Professional family including the senior leadership, the pan India sales and technical teams at a social evening hosted by the brand.
